I found Rabbit to be so highly unlikable he was very hard to read at times. I know that is one of the points of his character. To invoke discomfort based on human nature that might not seem natural. It’s a poetic story, but also feels like it doesn’t lead anywhere for our main character. Rabbit is still Rabbit, never filling that hole inside his chest because it can’t be filled. He’ll always be half empty.
