Wicked Lovely
by Melissa Marr
I'm sorry to say I don't know if I liked this book or not. I really liked the ending but the rest was long and strenuous and for me, quite without any interest.
Marr doesn't manage to make me feel anything for the main characters. Not Ainsleen, not Seth and definitly not Keenan (or perhaps dislike for him which is a shame since he's part of the love triangle). I was rooting for Seth all along.
The only character I felt anything for was Donia. I felt sorry for her and I thought she was the only one with a minimum of depth. And still, not a lot.
All in all, some interesting ideas but the writing was, sadlmy, not up to par.
