Perfect Chemistry
by Simone Elkeles
This book has been in my iBooks shelf almost 6 months, finally I decided to begin this series and fortunately the first book didnt disappoint, at least not in a big way.
Alex Fuentes is a bad boy in a gang and Brittany Ellis is a barbie with a shiny convertible, perfect boyfriend and the it-girl at her school.
There were A LOT of cliché moments -.- I know I shouldnt bring this up but... why does EVERY couple in YA books, fall in love because they end up being chemistry partners? Seriously, I wont say names, but it is getting a little bit annoying -.-
The type of writing was a little bit odd... At the beginning of the book it bother me so much I couldnt read 2 chapters on a row, later on I began to tolerate it, even then it is not my kind of narrative.
It was an okay book, though none of the characters made my list of favourites, maybe Paco... but truth be told, the book didnt let us know what exactly was his story...
