This was awful. I forced myself to finish reading because I was behind in my reading goal and it was a quick read that required no thinking. Superficial, unrealistic plot, too many “suspects” and made up tension that didn’t make any sense to have been there. The writing also felt off, there were so many half-assed descriptions of things. It felt like a tired storyline rehashed over and over and there was nothing fresh or interesting left. Sorry to the author, this wasn’t for me at all. I enjoy a good cozy mystery, but this was not one.
