Child of Prophecy by T.E. Bradford

5.0

This book is awesome. Anyone in their younger teens and up should love this story. I certainly do! It's simple and complexed. It hits the core of a very human issue that has no age limits, the problem with fitting in. From "magic" that's gift like, to the parallel to Earth kind of world the story is set in, this book is riveting, the characters endearing, and the only downside is waiting for more in this series. It works as an allegory for Christian themes, without pulling me out of the story. I am really looking forward to more of this series and thinking about adding it to my give as a gift list.

Thanks to Celebrate Lit for this copy. (I'll be getting my own soon as I can!) A favorable review was not required, no compensation was received, and all views expressed are my own.
