If you've seen Adichie's TED talk, this isn't really anything new. Or, indeed, if you've heard the sample on Beyonce's 'Flawless'. However, this is a passionate essay arguing for gender equality. Adichie's writing is excellent and anyone unconvinced by feminism's arguments should probably give this a read or watch the talk here.
