This book was recommended to me at book club and I’m so glad I gave it a go! Haven’t read anything by this author before, but I will definitely be keeping a look out for more.
What a roller coaster ride! Just when I thought I had it figured out, more was unraveled. Loved it!
Michael is trying to go on the straight and narrow. He’s found a woman he wants to settle down with, but there’s one problem; his past won’t let him go.
Now this is where it gets interesting. A shootout, an explosion, a threat to the only people he loves; Elena and his brother, Julian.
Bodies start showing up, and things don’t quite add up. It becomes a mission to get to the bottom of it all.
Thoroughly enjoyed this book and all the twists and turns. Loved how descriptive it was, and the way we’re kept guessing.
