I just can't. I was hoping to hang in there to Edgar and Trev but I'm willing to just never known. That's how much I despise the first two books. This book features a father and daughters bumpy road to their HEA.

Cash and Gemma were briefly mentioned in book 1 as they had a fling. Cash always felt inferior fiancé he was a Native American and didn't own land etc, whereas he felt that Gemma would always compare him to her dead husband and find Cash inadequate. But when Gemma offers Cash a job, he knows this is his chance to win her. With his adult daughter in tow, Cash sets out to love Gemma senseless and prove his worth. At the same time, Cash's daughter meets Gemma's current ranch hand Carter McKay and it's instant attraction for them.

Way too much sex. Just too much. I just didn't connect with the characters or their dilemmas. I generally don't care care for cowboys, rockers and bikers. Because the sex dominates the story. I may read book 3 but I
