This book has pretty much everything I'm looking for in a cozy fantasy book. There is a bookshop, tea magic, a fashionable Dwarf girl who falls in love with a Gargoyle with an impressive wingspan (nothing explicit happens though) and a pink baby dragon. I liked this better than the first book. The ending is a bit abrupt, though, and the writing rather simple, so only 4 stars for me.
