i loved it
I’ve not read a book like this one and it was perfect. I love that the kink community was openly displayed and the dynamic of Charlotte and Emerson was amazing the way they first believed each other to be too much of an age gap to like each other the way it morphed into something where that age gap no longer mattered to either of them. Also watching Emerson trying to still be a parent and trying to do good by his son even if it was hurting him was something great to see. watching Emerson lead Charlie to believe in and love herself fluently and sexually was worth every page it was hot and spicy and I’m excited to read the rest of this standalone series!
