Burn the Negative
by Josh Winning
I suppose I should have taken it as a warning when the characters started discussing the endings of horror stories.
I loved THE SHADOW GLASS, the author's previous novel, and had high hopes for this. And I was having a good time with the book, until the ending, in which all the growth and development the characters have experienced is thrown out the window for the sake of a denouement that would have been right at home in Tales from the Crypt.
Do yourself a favor and stop at chapter 29.
