Two Years Eight Months and Twenty-Eight Nights by Salman Rushdie

3.0

Someone else's review had said it read more like a history of jinn and I would agree with that. I liked the information and enjoyed the story mostly. I didn't like that it jumped back and forth and that the fight for the world seemed secondary. I was also annoyed at the amount of time spent on how much jinn liked sex. We got it the first few times.
I otherwise liked the story and appreciated the biting satire.
