I was expecting a more robust and elegant writing style, but it made me think and cry a lot - hence the 4 stars. I think a book is always special if it touches you enough to make you cry and/or smile.
It's a different book, with an interesting (although repetitive) plot and makes you think about life through the vicarious experience of travelling to the pastand to the future! .
