Whisper Me a Love Song 1 by Eku Takeshima

5.0

Awww that was so cute!!
Love at first sight from both girls (even though a bit different), supportive friends and cuteness overload!

Although I'm not much a fan of misunderstandings and am a bit afraid how volume 2 might start, since the ending of vol1 was a bit angsty, I think this manga did a really good job in still being good enough. The healthiness makes it great. I also love how there were no sexualities mentioned and the characters didn't need to explain they like women or them questioning their own sexuality. It was immediately accepted and shipped by everyone. I just love that normalcy.
I also love how there's platonic crushes or generally shows how much of a thin line there can be between platonic and romantic. Not that platonic crushes are talked down upon, it's just really rare to see representation, even if it hasn't been mentioned explicitly.

I hope they do get to resolve their misunderstandings and have a serious talk with each other.

Also, excited for the anime adaption, which is why I started reading now!
