Another great read by Maya Alden for me!
I'm not a huge fan of vintage, but Maya has not steered me wrong, and "The Sweetest Taboo" was a really good read. I love the way Maya writes her novels, the pure emotions portrayed page after page, and the way she can connect her characters and storyline beautifully are little things I enjoy with each of her books. I really liked seeing how Isha's and Rowan's relationship had a second chance after being years apart. It was nice to see real growth happen between romantic partners. Real life happens, couples separate and live their own lives, but to see them come back and admit their faults, and try to give their relationship another shot was really beautiful to read. I can't wait to dive into another Maya read soon!
