I really enjoyed some of the stories and wish the book utilized more of them for examples. I think fairly soon a lot of the information will be outdated. The stock market is growing increasingly more volatile with the emergence of so many new day traders (who don’t know what they are doing) and the whole 1031 exchange may be a thing of the past if Biden becomes President. To be honest, when I think of being “rich”... this isn’t what I think of. This sounds more stressful than landing a $70k salaried job with benefits and just being smart about saving/spending and having some smallish assets on the side.
