The only word that even comes close to describing this novel is…beautiful. This was an absolutely stunning, beautiful debut novel filled with joy, pain, and love. There were moments where I cried. There were moments where I literally laughed out loud. There was a moment where I was so happy that I made a weird sound that made my own partner genuinely concerned for my wellbeing and sanity. This was just beautiful. The characters, the story, the writing, all of it.
