This is a reread for me and man do I still love this book. I am trying to actually read the whole Lord of the Rings series this year and thought this would help get me back into the mindset to read fantasy again because I have been avoiding it for a few months now. 

I read this via audiobook (highly recommend!) and I can still say that this is an all time favorite of mine. I read this when I was in middle school and I still enjoy this book today. I cannot wait to continue onto the trilogy finally. I think I am also going to watch the movies after reading all of these books since my fiancé is a die-hard fan. 

I don’t necessarily know what I should say about this book other than it is a great entry book into fantasy books that has no romance within it. Great for kids or adults alike!
