I'd been eagerly awaiting Kincaid's book ever since I started this series and this certainly did not disappoint--a heartfelt friends-to-lovers second-chance romance with a really swoonworthy glasses wearing hero, a thoughtful and sensitive handling of grief and trauma, and an ending that had me pumping my fist in delight. This series really just got me so deeply invested in these four women and seeing them each get their happy endings, helped by their friendship along the way, has been a uniquely satisfying reading experience.
