Red Roses & Black Dahlias by Macy T. Riosa

5.0

I wish I had words left to describe everything that I felt through this book. I’m beyond speechless.

and yes, in case you’re still wondering (at this point I don’t believe that is possible) this book is currently one of my favorites and I’m obsessed.

the book follows the story of 2 sisters, Sofia and Valentina, who lost their parents. the case of their parent’s death goes to Maddox, the cop that already knows Sofia for the times he arrested her for doing little crimes like graffitiing walls and etc.

this was one of the only books that I didn’t ever want it to end. I loved the way Macy described and evolved the characters and the relationship between them. Sofia, the baddest girl that I loved so much. Maddox, the guy who through the book kept me shock (positively). Valentina, the sweetest and purest soul in the world.

is safe to say that Macy is a new fav author for me. this was her first book and I’m already obsessed with her writing. also, the epilogue and bonus chapter were AMAZING. I truly can’t wait for her new book.

also, things you should know if you want to read it:
•dark romance
•+18 (hot!!!)
•a lot of TW, check them
