I see others have commented how this is a book for fans, and think this is a good description. It feels like a turning point, or a ramping up in the story for Versus. Setting the reader up for whatever comes next.

I don't know if I've binged too many of this series in one go, but this one did take a bit longer to finish, I wasn't being drawn in to finish it as quickly, however by the end it's set me up ready to see what comes next
