Did not finish book. Stopped at 44%.

I really enjoyed the questions of gender and liked the idea of how V and J each changed their gender presentation and others’ perceptions of it. And the concept of magic here is intriguing. But the plot was slow, the relationship pacing wasn’t working for me, and I’m not in the mood for mystery and intrigue right now, so I’m putting it down at 44%.
