Personally, the Essentialism ideology has been on my interest radar for a while now, so I was looking forward to reading this book. However, I could not bring myself to give this book more than 2 or maybe 2.5 stars because I think there are many non-essential aspects within the book, which could have made the book much shorter and straight to the point. I guess repetitiveness is an irritating reoccurring habit that many self-help books adopt.
