Faye, Faraway by Helen Fisher

heartwarming and sad story; it makes you hold the memories with your parents tight, and seek out the embrace of your mother for just a couple more seconds, to memorise all of the sensations so that on days where you can't see them, you have access to the very real image of them in your mind.

it was written wonderfully, and it was magical. in a way, it was bitter the way it ended. in a way, it was a relief the way it ended.

i enjoyed reading this a lot.

initial thoughts: beautiful book! un-expected ending. wish there was more, though, especially BECAUSE of that ending.
