Highlands Christmas by Amy Quick Parrish
1.0
I received a copy of this via NetGalley.
Oh my. Unfortunately, the only thing I enjoyed about this book was Scotland. There was too much telling and not enough showing, feeling. I didn't buy into the dialogue at all. Very static. There was no indication as to how these statements were spoken.
"The driver began driving," was a full sentence, and most of the book read like this. Melissa is used 471 times in the 128 page ebook. Too many Melissas.
Somehow the two MCs end up together even though there was very little interaction and even less dialogue.
Melissa. My girl. So many poor, not at all thought through decisions, made in a VERY short amount of time.
