Why do I find it hard to start an audiobook, but when I do it's the most amazing thing? The production of this one is magnificent; Riley made a great job with it. I'm not really a fan of Julia Roberts, but I think she was a perfect choice for Lisa Marie's parts. Her voice mirrored Lisa Marie's perfectly.
This book crushed my soul a little bit. This is about Lisa's life just as much as it is about the Presley family's. Despite her relationship with her mother, I think Lisa was a decent mother to her children, which must have been really hard. She was a really strong person, even though she always said "what's the use of it?". She didn't want any praise for it, and I think she's right in a sense, but also because of that strenght she could help people which is why this all is important. She tried to live life as full as possible. The second half of the book was really hard for me to hear, because of personal resemblances. I hope she's at a better place now, and Riley can also heal from all of what happened.
