The first half of this book really grabbed my attention, and I liked the banter and slow growth. I wish it would just dragged out longer, I found myself not as interested because the stakes were gone 50% of the way through.
Regardless, quick read and pretty sweet. Brinkley isn't my fave FMC of the series, but she's pretty cool nonetheless! Lincoln was alright, the scene with Gracie is what sold him for me. If you enjoy him, you'll probably enjoy his brother's story in the newest series coming out.
