A clear contender for one of my favorite books for 2023. This book was everything I was looking for in a summer romance read. Mutual pining, childhood friends to lovers, just the right amount of tension, and amazing character transformation. Loved this book and was genuinely sad to hit the last page as I wasn't ready to part with these characters.
