This was a little bit better (to me) than Final Girl Support group but it still bring that horror factor I was expecting. It was definitely more of a heavy infused thriller with a side of gorey / body parts being hurt a lot. The puppet angle was interesting but I was unsure of how it really came into play with the selling of their Louise and Mark's parents house. I think if there was more of a solid lead, I would have enjoyed this more. Or maybe a title change? I still need to read Southern's Guide to Slaying Vampires but overall, a slow moving average read. The climax happened kinda over the 50 ish percent mark.
