My Sister, the Serial Killer by Oyinkan Braithwaite

This was so unexpected and refreshing! I loved it!

Korede and Ayoola are two sisters living in Nigeria. Bonded through the trauma inflicted upon them by their abusive father, Korede always has her younger sister's back. However, Korede's loyalty is tested when Ayoola starts killing all the men she dates. The story follows Ayoola's homicidal love life as well as Korede trying to come to terms with the sociopathic nature of her sister.

I loved the characters and the plot, I loved the writing style and the pace! And it was FUNNY! I was so engrossed with the story, I read this in one sitting. I wouldn't really consider it a "thriller," more of a contemporary with a twist.
