About 40% in, and I was disgusted by Korey’s grooming, by all the other adults around him that didn’t seem to hold him accountable. He Knew Better!
I’m glad I finished this as a mom of teenage daughters I want them to read this book.
Our girls, little black girls need to be heard and believed and as the adults we have a duty to protect them.
