I was a bit disappointed in this book, but surprisingly it is one of the best rated in the series (4.3 on Goodreads at time of this review). I thought the overall mystery and look into the impact of heroin was interesting, but I felt like 1/3 of the book could have been cut out. We spent a lot of time getting to know side characters and getting into Tracy's personal life. There is a big lull where no evidence is found or progression made in the mystery. I kept hoping there would be pay off from this, but in the end the solution felt rather expected. 2018 Pop Sugar Reading Challenge - A book about a problem facing society today
