What a beautiful story about life, motherhood, and what it means to be a woman and a person. I’m not too versed on greek mythology so that held me back a bit but the lessons are easily digestible nonetheless. Madeline Miller is very direct and honest with her writing in a way that perfectly depicts existing and what it means to be alive with all of the pain, anger, love, and growth that comes with it.
