I’ve held off writing this review because I have lots of thoughts about this book so oops.
I loved Fire and Brimstone so much and was so eager to read the sequel but then this book fell sort of flat in comparison? A bunch of what should be major plot events happen that then get resolved super easily and quickly that there just isn’t the same degree of tension and peril and I just really wasn’t very invested in the story for any of the second half tbh.
That said, both the smut and the fluff are incredible throughout and I love both MCs so much even though they’re both so stupid sometimes.
