I’ve read enough fantasy in my life to be able to see the general trends and twists that come with them. Despite this, City of Brass was still a fascinating exploration of a land of djinn and daeva that I can’t wait to read more about. While maybe a little more juvenile than originally advertised (I would’ve ate this up at 16), this book still feels age appropriate and exciting. Also, I love you Dara <3
