I wanted to read this book because I’m a massive Rugby League fan (Warrington Wolves supporter) since I was ten-year-old. Rob and Kevin have always been respected as players when they were playing for Leeds and even more now because of how they’ve both dealt with the situation with Rob kicking MND’s ass and Kev raising awareness and money for MND. For two people who’s always been loyal to one club and are always working to better themselves is every other team’s dream. Some people become club heroes and some people become legends. Rob and Kev have stolen the nation’s heart. I read this book a few weeks ago, but I hadn’t got time to write the review. Now, it’s bittersweet since Rob has passed away. This book has so much more meaning now.

The moving affection between rugby league legends, fundraising heroes and best friends Rob Burrow and Kevin Sinfield has inspired and uplifted the nation. With You Every Step is a celebration of friendship, in their own words. Their moving words are brought to life with artwork from leading illustrators, to create an inspiring and hopeful celebration of love, support and connection. Exploring the universal truths and celebrating kindness, empathy and the joy of friendship. With You Every Step is the perfect way to show the special people in your life, young and old, just how much they mean to you.

I loved this book; I think it was such an easy read. This book made me laugh, cry, and feel all sort of emotions. I don’t have anything to hate on this book. I think everyone should read this book, even people who don’t know rugby league or Kevin or Rob personally. It’s so inspirational. I am fully aware that this is a children's book, however, I believe everyone should read this book. It has a positive message; the drawings are beautiful. I hope everyone has a friendship like Kevin and Rob in their lifetime.
