Ugh, this is another book I had a lot of mixed feelings on. I think I made a mistake of reading this right after finishing A Court of Wings and Ruin and being in a super high fantasy reading mood. I'm just not one for cute fun contemporary novels for the most part, as they're a bit boring to me most of the time. The fact that I was reading this for an Instagram challenge and didn't feel like finding another book to match the prompt and the fact that I refuse to DNF books made me push through and finish it. I'm making it out to sound like some terrible book I was tortured to read which is not that case. It was actually a pretty good book but just not usually my cup of tea and a book I wasn't particularly in the mood for.
If you love cute, light and funny contemporary novels and want a quick read and love reality TV I think this book would be perfect for you. As I continued reading I was a little confused about the whole storyline and some scenes felt a little weird and pointless but I think it all tied up nicely in the last 100 pages and was made a little more clear. I did end up really liking the ending scenes and thought it was a cute ending.

Overall I think this is a quick, light and funny read (I definitely found myself laughing out loud a few times) and is a unique story! It just wasn't something I was in the mood for right now but I still ended up enjoying it. 💗
