Why I'm No Longer Talking to White People about Race by Reni Eddo-Lodge

5.0

This book is incredible and powerful. It’s an important read for all of us, particularly we white people.
I personally put it in the company of Coates’ Between the World and Me and Khan-Cullors/ Bandele’s When they Call you a Terrorist; books that shook and moved me deeply into learning that White Supremacy is an institutionalized power structure. The myth that racism is a handful of bad apples doing horrible things only deflects attention from the structural nature of the problem.
Please read this wonderful book.
