Loved it and totally obsessed by this series.
ARTICULATION - clean, clear, precise
BREATHING – controlled, volume is consistent, projection is appropriate, low mouth noise
DELIVERY – no editing issues. Beautifully executed.
EYE BRAIN MOUTH CONTROL – accurate
CONSISTENT – great for all three characters.
ANALYSIS – story arc and characters delivered extremely well.
CHARACTERISATION – suitable in tone, attitude, age, and wonderful accents.
SEPARATION- no obvious spillover between narrator and character.
INVESTMENT – emotionally connected to the story which lead to a great visualisation.
STORY:
This one was out of left field for me and I loved it. A great story for such a trope. Well thought out, with care given to each of the characters. The book must be read with the small prequel. The accompanying novella are simply brilliant to enhance the world building. Thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook. Have an open mind and enjoy diving in the world of the Rays.
