This is the first book I have read by this author and I really enjoyed it. Based in st.Petersburg Sloane is an assassin working for a fee, never asking why someone wants the hit. When she's asked to take out a bratva boss, she plans it well, but sometimes not all things go to plan. The dynamic between Ivan and Sloane was excellent. Humour and chaos seemed to envelope the pair as they battled the enemy, themselves and each other. A great read.
