At first I was a bit hesitant with the length of this book and this being a duology and all I didn't know if it'd be worth it, but I was pleasantly surprised!
This is a book about Josie, an omega who has lived a traumatic life and has some severe trust issues because of it, can't blame her. And because of her biology and her horrible family she has no other option but to choose a pack.
I really loved how we see Josie navigate her relationships with each of the guys and not just with the entire pack. We get to see intimate moments with each one and how it develops a bit of confidence or ease her anxiety or other aspects of her and I think that for her journey it's exactly what she needed. I loved to see them navigate the complexity of having to protect but also to support your partner when they're a victim and a survivor.
All in all I think it's a fantastic book. Also, eff that cliffhanger
