House of Earth and Blood by Sarah J. Maas
5.0
I finally got to reading House of Earth and Blood! Queen Maas couldn't wait any longer.
From what I read about the book before, some people found it difficult to get into the story but I had no issues with that and I was drawn in from the beginning. There is definitely a lot more cursing in this book than any other of the author's books.
I grew fond of the characters very quickly. I like Bryce not only for her bravery, sense of humour and sarcasm but also for the fact that she loves dancing, just like I do.
The book is full of action. Whenever I started crying (and that happened a few times) I had to quickly dry my eyes and jump into another intense scene.
I loved reading this book and the epilogue has me so curious about what's going to happen next!
