This book didn’t quite know what it wanted to be but I enjoyed it none the less. It could read as a climate change parable about what happens when the bees disappear. It could be a story about family dynamics in past, present, and future. It could be a history of bee keeping and hive design. It’s a little bit of all of these and it was fun to watch the plot line unfold that linked all 3 narrative lines link together.
