THe events of this book might be better placed on a soap opera.
e.g. Ashers not-death, Gabriels subsequent bonding to Remy, the grandfathers betrayal, Healing melissa melinda whatshername
Its very melodramatic. Sure, I'll keep reading this series but it just seems to be pushing action and plot rather than characterisation. Balance, balance is everything and Remy remains the same, making agonizing decsions , making out with Asher and occasionally healing people. If you loved the first book and need to know what happens next, but don't have toohigh expectations.
