Okay, wow, I did not expect to give this book this much. I did not expect it to leave me mouth-open, gaping. I had to turn off the music and just sit there. I have work tomorrow—waking up at 5am—but I stayed up just to finish this. It was amazing.

Very well done. It’s super light, it cuts to the chase, and there’s no dragging at all. I really hate dragging in thrillers—it makes me DNF even good books. But this one? Not one boring second. I flew through it in like two hours, maybe less. It’s fun, wild, and gave me total Love Quinn and Joe vibes (if you know, you know).

I usually guess twists, but this one actually got me. And the characters? So layered. My feelings about them kept shifting the entire time. It’s unhinged in the best way—my absolute favorite kind of thriller. I’m definitely reading more from this author. I’ll be thinking about this one for a while.
