Great but not I on thinking before you speak. I can relate to author’s example of speaking impulsively. I felt encouraged to start meditating on Bible verses on taming the tongue. Provided practical application based on Bible stories, such as Daniel and Joseph. Prayers improve our communication with others because, we are more concerned about what He thinks about our words than others. Gave advice on social media etiquette. I liked “ I gotta die” example in chapter 9
