A perfectly fine iteration of a classic. I liked the art style well enough, and I think the story lends itself well to the graphic novel format. I think this is a good recommendation for men, lol, just because there's nothing super frilly about the graphic novel and it's fairly serious. I mean, I think men should read whatever their hearts desire, but YOU KNOW how they can be lol

I still think the movie that came out a couple years ago is my favorite version of this story but I don't think you can go wrong with trying the graphic novel adaptation!!! I do think everyone kind of looked a little the same but they ARE mostly European white folks so I mean
