I enjoyed it and I could not stop reading it at one point but the ending is where it fell flat for me. 

The ending just made no sense to me. Daniel being the one to kill everyone just doesn't seem plausible for his character. I think it should have been Felix, that was believable to me. Talitha would have been a good option as well.
