Ruthless Vows by Rebecca Ross

"If you had touched me today, Kitt," she whispered. "I don't think I could've hidden it anymore. Who you are to me. Who I am to you."

I LOVE THEM SOOOOOOOO MUUUUUUUCH. I am unwell.

If you liked Divine Rivals, you will definitely love Ruthless Vows. It is a step-up in every way. The writing is stronger and the story flows effortlessly throughout the book. We learn more about the world beyond Roman and Iris, and their relationship. The world building was definitely lackluster in Divine Rivals, but Ruthless Vows definitely answered most, if not all, of my questions. We get a glimpse into the past of the gods and the truth behind Enva and Dacre's war. There's also a chapter or two from Enva POV, which was unexpected but definitely added to the story.

And then there is Iris and Roman. Be still, my heart. ❤️

Roman Carver Kitt has no right to be this caring, this faithful, this in love...
