This was really authentic and really heartbreaking. The authors do a great job of capturing Marcus Luttrell's authentic voice, and he is a SEAL, a patriot, and a conservative Christian Texan through and through. Many people take issue with some of his beliefs, but I don't, because they're his and he writes them well. This was a beautiful, action-packed story that my students really love.
